I believe that we have all been given gifts from God. It may be the gift of giving, or the gift of leading or the gift of singing,,, who knows,,, but you will know. They are all special to God and perfectly fit to each one of us individually.

God gives us these gifts that we may glorify him and if we use them to glorify him,,, he will  glorify us and all worldly limits in what we can do will be lifted.

So where do we go wrong in this,,,, We use the gifts to glorify us, without God, to the world and forget about where they came or who gave them to us.

The Gift becomes a mill stone around our neck. Give it back to God first and enjoy the heights that he will take you !!!!

I am convinced that there is a Bible verse that will answer and instruct you in any question you may have.  A verse, just for you, at any particular time in your life. A verse that will guide you through any situation and lead to the right path and right answer. A verse that will seem as though it is speaking only to you,,, and it will be !!

How do you find this special verse ,,,, you find Jesus. You believe in him and admit your sin, you ask him into your life and you start reading his word from his Bible.

At this point, the word begins speaking to your heart through the Holy Spirit,, because the word is already in your heart. Jesus is the key to open that vast love and wisdom that he has already put there. Now the verses of his word become the food your heart longs for.  It unlocks the joy and peace that can only come to a heart that has been rejoined to him.

You will be, finally, at home in your heart,  All else will become secondary !!!

I believe we all have a light inside,, that is shown outside.  It says in the Bible ,,,  let your light shine into the world.  This is the light given to all of us from the Lord God. So the question is ” Where does our light shine” ?? Will in most cases,, including me,, it shines in the mirror. Mirror you say ?? Yes Mirror- What happens when you shine a flashlight in a mirror,,, it shines right back on you. It highlights you,,, it emphasis you. So where does our light shine,,,, it shines to glorify us !!! So what does the Bible mean to let your light shine ???

Have you ever shined a flashlight into the darkness?? All of a sudden there is all kinds of stuff you didn’t see or realize was out there. It shows you the way and the dangers in the dark.

Can you have darkness and light,,,,, Absolutely not,,, you either have light or darkness !!!! So what does the Bible mean,,, let your light shine.  If you have God and Jesus in you life,,, you have a light that will light the darkness to all around you in the darkness of the world.

What is the purpose of a lighthouse,,, to alert to danger in the dark and show the way to safety. Your light from Jesus is the same. Find Jesus and let your light shine,,, you will be amazed of the response from a dark world !!!
